Return and refunds Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Time:

In order to return your product to us we request that you get in touch with as as soon as possible. Returns on products received has to be processed within 14 day’s of receiving your product.

Refund:

As our products are 3D printed we will always attempt to replace your product by updating designs or improving print quality. In the event that customer satisfaction can not be obtained by replacing a 3D printed part and a refund is necessary 3D3.co.za we will credit the client in full within 30 days via a credit amount on the online store or via refund to a valid bank account in the name of the client (proof may be required).

Returns:

In the event that a product needs to be returned to 3D3.co.za costs would agreed upon based on the condition of the part or the nature of the enquiry.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation


Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.Returns will be accepted within 14 working days if goods are unused and in original packaging, undamaged, same process applies as the refund policy. If appropriate – provide details regarding damaged/unwanted/returned goods. Please allow a 10 working day return to your card account if you have paid via Payfast and we have to request a refund from Payfast itself.
