Shipping Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and delivery/collect local will be sent via e-mail confirmation once the order is to be processed, along with the relevant waybill details if applicable.

Current methods for getting your product(s) are;

a) Collect Local. This option can be selected during the checkout process. When selected you are agreeing to collected you product(s) from our business address nl; 377 Silver Valley Estate; Falls road; Homes Haven; Krugersdorp

b) PostNet2PostNet: Countrywide shipping using the PostNet counter network.

1. Shipping rates & costs

a) Collect Local: This method is free of any additional charge.

b) PostNet2PostNet: Using this method is charged at a flat rate of R100,00

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

a) Collect Local: We will contact you to make an appropriate arrangement for collection

b) PostNet2PostNet: Delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Allow 1 extra day for outlying areas

3. Shipping restrictions

During processing your purchase we will contact you via phone or e-mail to obtain the details of your closest Postnet counter.

At this stage we do not offer door to door delivery as means of shipping

4. Missing or lost packages

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception, and most of the times it is out of your control. But directing customers on what to do if a package goes missing creates peace of mind. You can do this by easily displaying contact information and directions on how to report missing or lost packages. 

5. International shipping
